Team Building Journal Circle
Perfect for team bonding, relationship building, self reflection & symptoms of burn out.

This is a journal prompt interactive circle that teaches about empowerment education, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Techniques, shadow work & basic self-care for all ages! I will share tips and tools to help handle stress, uncertainly and difficulty in life, work, school, and home.
The circle begins with a light guided meditation, some conversation cards, and affirmation card pulls. We then begin learning about the key concepts listed above & practice a journal prompt for each.
We go through the circle and share insight and take aways from each journal prompt exercise. We end the circle with setting intentions and writing out an intention card to take home.
This circle can be themed based upon request. Ex., holiday blues, change of season, self care, change, etc.
